LSAT Target for New York University
New York University's median LSAT score of 172 is very competitive — well above the national average. The middle 50% of admitted students scored between 169 and 174.
To be competitive, aim for at least a 172 on the LSAT. Scoring at or above 174 puts you in the top quartile of admitted students. A score below 169 means you'll need a strong GPA and application to compensate.
The current LSAT format (as of 2025) has two Logical Reasoning sections and one Reading Comprehension section. There are no more Logic Games.
